1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. PREZENTWEAR accepts returns within 14–30 days from the delivery date, depending on the product category.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be included

  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel or undergarments

  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability.
If the item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If PREZENTWEAR is at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

To begin a return or exchange, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
